Def come get your glasses here! The guy working when I went in was super friendly and helpful. I already have a pair I got a few years back that I love that discontinued and he explained you could get replacement lenses for pretty inexpensive. He even tighten and cleaned my glasses for me while we browsed around. Will go back and get replacement lenses and maybe even a second pair

Customer service is top, everyone was super helpful and genuinely friendly. They were honest with what type of lenses I would need to fit the kind of frames I wanted since my prescription is so strong. I've been in several warby parker stores in the US and Canada and this one has the best vibes. It seems like the workers like each other and enjoy working there.

Customer service great. Staff was super friendly without being overbearing. Glasses are, of course, awesome. Was great to be able to buy them and try them on there and then have them explain the eye insurance process.
