The selection was HUGE and everything looked modern and classy. Prices are so affordable - I got 5 pairs of glasses for the price of 1 - 2 if I’d gone through my optometrist’s office. Staff was super friendly and helpful - shout out to Eddy who was a new trainee and did an amazing job helping me narrow down my selections and answer questions to help me complete my purchase. And no one judged me for trying on 70 pairs of glasses I’ll definitely be only going to Warby Parker for all future glasses purchases.

Not so great of an experience. Initially went in to window shop and find out some more information about an eye exam. Relayed to the employee the type of insurance we had and the company I worked for, she reassured me that they accept my insurance. So my husband schedules an eye exam and come to find out the eye doctor is out of network and NOT covered by my insurance. Fabulous experience! The staff were very helpful, friendly and helpful! Dr. Kohli was a pleasure to visit with! Very good feeling with this practice! ***parking is the only downside.
