From first contact with Joel for quote and then follow up details from Jessica.. Then installation of two Mitsubishi air conditioning units by Bertie and Clark.. Every step of the way was efficient and easy for us to understand.. I would highly recommend Waratah Air & Fire to friends and family..great company
We have had our air conditioning from Waratah Air Conditioning Services for a couple of years now. Completely pleased with how far the cool or warm air reaches in our villa. Have had good service as they have called to see how it was going and to service it. Everyone we have had contact with have been friendly and helpful. They even set up my phone for me to turn the air con on when coming home if need be. On time, good clean work and they left no mess. Would certainly recommend them.
Swift, Efficient and top quality! We have had great service from all the team (office to site) with our complete home air conditioning system. The team assisted exceptionally with the design and the comfortable feel after choosing Waratah Air Conditioning Services continued all the way thru to the installation. We can highly recommend as we are very happy with the service and install. Our home is not the perfect temperature whenever we use our installed air conditioning. Thankyou to the team!
All round great experience with Waratah Air conditioning. From initial contact to site visit & quotation, all touch points were pleasant & efficient. The installation team were well supervised & worked collaboratively to get our fully ducted Mitsubishi system installed & tested in one day. The Mitsubishi system is very nice & wifi enabled which is a nice feature to allow remote operation. Both heat & cool functions are efficient & much cheaper to run than our old system. Thanks to the Waratah team & especially Rob & Darren. ... read more
