I see dr Patterson and I have never felt so SEEN after years of headaches she’s the first doctor that’s even mentioned getting my eyes tested, and presto headaches gone. She’s always taken the time to listen and investigate things when other doctors have brushed me off. She always seems to either remember me or read my file beforehand, most doctors I’ve seen even for years it’s like meeting them again for the first time every time. I have never met such unwelcoming staff in my life. Receptionists are meant to be the face of the practice. Not looking all pissed off when you enter the practice. People pay money to see a doctor, they don’t need this added rubbish
