Warmur installed power for my hottub hook up. I received the invoice within a week, paid it, no issue. Hottub delivered and hooked up by me according to instruction book. Not working correctly. Contacted Warmur, requested they come look. Employee glanced at control panel, said it looked like I hooked it up correctly, but he couldn't test what I had hooked up, due to liability issues. They spread the electrical outage in my house instead of actually fixing it. One outlet he just put a plate over it rather than a new outlet. He didn't even put it on correctly, and it fell off in a couple of hours. Our 3 dogs were put into the master bedroom in order for him to "work"... So he called Animal Control after he came and told them we had like 8 dogs that weren't getting fed and were so neglected that they were "always hidden in a dark room" Uhm, WHAT!? Is there a 0 star rating? Sent 2 electricians to put in a washer and dryer plug-needed 2 REALLY??? Should have taken 1 electrician at most 1-2 hrs. Not to mention they put in the WRONG washer plug (per inspector). They were here 2.5 hrs. I am now billed for 8+ hrs due to their "travel" time as well. A 200.00 job in Portland mind you is now being billed at over 800.00.....I guess they figure an older lady doesn't know she's being ripped off. Find another electrical group-these folks are con jobbers.
Very disappointed about how you are quoted a price even if it was a month ago and call the following month to schedule an appt and after you get the bill you realize they raised their fees without telling you when you schedule and that the price is per person they send over. I have never had to schedule anything like this before so it would have been nice to know so I could have then shopped around for the best deal.
