The pool is nice to have and is overall clean. Positives: Bathrooms and area pool area are clean. Lounge chairs and picnic tables are all in good condition. Picnic tables have umbrellas which are nice. I love that they have snacks that are very inexpensive. The cost to swim is very reasonable. Last couple of visits the pool was dirty. Reminds me of the pool in Statesville. Weird hours & rules. So when ppl can enjoy it on weekends when they’re not working you can only go from 12-2:30? Or 3:30-6. That’s the silliest thing I’ve heard. You can’t just enjoy a full day. Whoever is running these public pools needs to reevaluate. I’ve never heard such non sense before or seen so many rules. Not worth it IMO.
Great for really small kids. It is really small compared to most community pools. It does have a tiny 5 foot named area for lap swim. So if you have the 7 under it is great, but older kids not so much.
This place is by far the worse pool we have ever taken the kids too . First time and will never be going back . The lifeguards yelled at the kids for every lil thing possible . watched them put three families out for very simple things . Definitely not a place to take your kids they will be scolded for trying to be kids and have fun . And the old blonde headed lady she is rude as crap . The lifeguards are lazy as all get out . Horrible lifeguards with too much ego. They are rude and that trickles down from management. Avoid this place.
