War Hill Boat Ramp is a great place to use and safe place to go and has plenty of people to make sure that it is I have never had a problem there.
This boat ramp is closed for who knows how long. No one said anything. They’re redoing the ramps
Huge parking lot w/hdcp (2 spaces) close to launch. Quadruple lane ramp. Smallish dock for tie off with time constraints (10 minutes) to aid congestion. Beach & playground adjacent. Clean looking park with picnic & campgrounds. Daily $3 fee for boat launch with annual pass available. A short ways up SR53 from Gainesville out on the north end of Lanier. Another nice Ga.
