Heather is amazing at what she does! Goes every mile she can to make sure her clients are treated fairly and become knowledgeable on how things work in the process. The other realtor(s) are fantastic people too! Like, they are all actual GOOD people in that office. Rare isn't it?

Heather Federspiel is the best! I was very hesitant about selling the home I loved for so long...but it was time. She was so compassionate and understanding. Our house was sold in 8 days at asking price! She is amazing....covers every little detail. The idea of selling a home ---- especially if you are a widow can seem to be a daunting task. Heather Federspiel of KW Legacy Group in Independence made it almost painless. She put me first and became one of my strongest advocates. She always answered questions quickly and thoroughly.
