Haven’t even gotten to make an appointment and I can tell this place is terrible. The woman who answers the phone is a complete you know what. So rude and nasty. I don’t know what she has such a big attitude about but after reading these other reviews and dealing with that, I’m just going to look elsewhere. Dental work is expensive and we have a choice of where to get it done please remember that.
I am extremely disappointed in the way this dental office handled my daughter’s care this week. While I was out of the country on vacation, my daughter developed a dental abscess and needed to be seen urgently. My mother had full power-of-authority and medical consent, yet when she called, the staff refused to speak with her and said my account was “locked.” She had to contact me while I was on a cruise, which meant I was paying by the minute to call the office. I booked an appointment and I was misled The lady that booked the appointment had no idea what she was talking about and made me waste a day not a very happy camper
The dental assistant, Stacy is AMAZING. Every time I've encountered her she is so friendly and kind and personable. My 9 year old daughter needed to have two teeth pulled and freaked out when she was told. Stacy was so great with her and calmed her down when I couldn't. Stacy makes going to the dentist not so terrible!
