This Dr's front office is an absolute JOKE, specifically Layna! I had to get a new PCP after a massive heart attack. I met with Dr. Aref who was very nice and accommodating on my initial visit. He wanted me to get blood work before he could prescribe the medication needed after the heart attack. Once I had the blood work completed, I had to call his office on five separate occasions to check and see if the Dr. was going to prescribe the medication we talked about in our consultation. My husband and I have been seeing Dr Wappi, for many years. He is one of the most honest to goodness drs we’ve known. He is very patient, explains in words that we can comprehend. He’s kind, takes time with his patients. The office staff are caring, always available to take or return our calls. It’s comforting to know these wonderful human beings .. Dr. Wappi is the best family doctor in SW Florida! I have some very serious medical issues and Dr, Wappi is one of my key doctors along with my orthopedic surgeon_ heads spine center Univ Miami and lead neurologist at Harvard Medical. I have been cared for by Dr. Wappi since 2006 when moved in area. All of his doctoral referrals-cardiologist, urologist, nephrologist have been spot on. Had my first appointment with Dr. Wappi. He was exceptional! He did not rush us through, listened to our issues and was extremely thorough. He was informative and explained things in layman's terms. My wife and couldn't be more pleased with Dr. Wappi. Personable, friendly, extremely knowledgeable, compassionate and decisive. One of the best!!!
