I hired Wipiti to install a heat pump hot water heater in Colorado Springs. The hot water heater works fine and after the installation, I gave them a 5 star rating. To me it seemed like he did good work and was responsive. Later I discovered that a permit was not pulled to replace the existing gas water heater.
