HORRIBLE. Just got off the phone with Lisa and she was extremely unprofessional when I was asking about damages regarding my car. She then played a victim mentality saying I was talking to her like that because she was a “female”. Being a veteran I feel extremely disrespected that I fought for my country to come back and get treated like this. To make things worse, she hung up on me.
They are the worst tow company I ever had to deal with, they told my car and keep ask my personal things,jewelry and all the thing I had just bought from the store, there just petty.
