My HVAC unit stopped working, under warranty. I cannot get any help, not even on the emergency service line. Absolutely horrible experience with DR Horton. This isn’t the first issue I’ve had. No quality assurance in their work. Siding falling off. Lighting not appropriately installed. Every wire in the breaker box was loose, kept blowing breakers. Electrician came out and found out they never tightened any of the wiring. Horrible experience. The only decent person was Naomi and she left the company.
I had the pleasure of working with Naomi at DR Horton and I can’t recommend her enough. From the first meeting she was incredibly patient throughout the home buying process. She was always available to answer my questions and walked me through every step. If you’re looking for a trustworthy realtor, I highly recommend reaching out to Naomi! You’ll be in great hands!
