I worked with Rodney Gomez on the purchase of my daughter's 1st car which was a used Jeep in mint condition. Just purchased a 2020 Outlander Sport SE. It is replacing a2017 Chevy Trax LT. Since just purchased, I will give an evaluation once I have mileage on the vehicle. I will say Rodney was very cordial in all way with the purchase. Upon delivery he took the time to get my wife accustomed to all the features the vehicle has as well as setting up her phone to Bluetooth. Would highly recommend this dealership if interested in a Mitsubishi in the future

Was yelled at, cursed at, and hung up on by the finance manager because I called him out on a mistake HE MADE. The outcome of the situation was a half assed apology from the owner. Was told “you can accept an apology from me on his behalf or none at all because I won’t make him apologize”. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Hope whoever buys a car/truck here in the future never runs into any issues like I did, because that’s how they treat their customers
