Very bad experience with the showing agent Stephanie. Very rude and not professional. I have been here for showing twice with her, the first time she showed me a 2b2b unit without noticing me in advance but she already konwn I only need studio or 1b1b for myself. The second time she showed me a good unit with great impatience, she just led me to the room without saying anything. As per previous reviews, the management is professional and responsive. They're on top of maintenance and any apartment-related issues. There's parking and building security at night.
I lived her for 6 months and had a good experience. Management is helpful and available. Beautiful apartments, parking can be a little tough as the lot fills up. My one caviot is move out - lots of extremely high charges built into the lease for nothing. Cheaper to hire a cleaning company than risk $75 for some pepper dust left in a drawer.
