This business model is full of Psychiatrist doctors not Psychologists, and lots of 40 year old women who call themselves ‘social workers’ or if they are a nurse they do the exact same and call themselves OT if they have a nurse certificate… they do the exact same. Maybe it makes them feel special with a title of ‘OT’? I really am not sure with that. This honestly needs to be reviewed/audit to make this service work. Yeah! Terrible to a tee, been trying to go via their advice and refer myself exhausted all avenues left right and centre! Told to go to ED, no beds, told to contact this one and that one! It’s destroying my mental health for the worst thanks team!
