All members of the team are friendly and helpful . They not only put the furbabies at ease but their owners as well. From answering the phone to the in person consult they take time to listen and understand all your concerns.
Honestly, as a new client coming in as a referral from another town and vet ( for an echocardiogram) I can not fault a thing. From booking with reception, being greeted on arrival, the patience and expertise of Dr Emily - and then the follow up - all exceptional and a credit to your clinic. It has made an anxious time more manageable and I know first hand why my vet spoke so highly of Emily and her expertise in echocardiograms locally, without a trip to Melbourne. Thank you

Wonderful vets who helped us when we were in dire need and provided a really high level of care for our dog! The after-hours vet on call attended to our dog after he ingested snail bait on a walk one evening. We are extremely grateful for her fast response, her knowledge and concern, the treatment provided, her reassurance and for informing us of how to monitor his health after we left. Always welcoming and friendly staff. My dog loves it here. Have used them for the general care and sadder times too. Very supportive and compassionate team. Ladies on the front desk are always lovely. Recommend
