The best people work there. They looked after our Lucy Lou like she was one of there family. Even in the last hour they were so caring for both Lucy and us. Charlie, Lucy life companion was there at the end

All members of the team are friendly and helpful . They not only put the furbabies at ease but their owners as well. From answering the phone to the in person consult they take time to listen and understand all your concerns.
Honestly, as a new client coming in as a referral from another town and vet ( for an echocardiogram) I can not fault a thing. From booking with reception, being greeted on arrival, the patience and expertise of Dr Emily - and then the follow up - all exceptional and a credit to your clinic. It has made an anxious time more manageable and I know first hand why my vet spoke so highly of Emily and her expertise in echocardiograms locally, without a trip to Melbourne. Thank you
