When it came to my attention after years of servicing at Toyota that the extra warranty I had been strongly encouraged to buy at the point of sale of my car had not been applied, it was impossible to get call backs from administration, and the helpful young sales person looked in archives after not being able to find my contract from 3 years prior on the computer system and it wasn't there either.
