Had outback in for service had engine light on I asked to check naturally. Went to pickup engine light still on but here’s your car. ????????? Hang on you want me to drive it?????? Great service from end-to-end, including early bird dropoff option, and courtesy bus service to get me back to the dealership from the train station. Thorough 15k inspection. Lovely customer service reps at counter.
Work was fine but my messages were not passed on from reception, so the service book was not filled in and I did not get a call when it was finished so I almost missed getting a late pick up code.
Came in for an issue and the check in person was able to solve it without costing me anything. Simple fix (less than 10 min) no charge.
Excellent pick-up service into town and back. No price surprises and finished on time.
