Mower losing power. Fully serviced and up and running. Did the same thing only a couple of weeks later. Back inband further investigation showed major engine issue. Open, upfront and honest discussion about mower and options. It was great to see a company want to help out. Look, when life gives you lemons it's good to see there's still businesses that'll help you make lemonade.
