An absolute great Hospital with the best care from Specialists, staff and nurses especially the ones who have come in from other areas supporting the staff here they were fantastic and professional. Not the first time I've been here under the care of Prue and the crew, never had to worry about any pain as they are right on top of it all right down to the great meals etc, cheers to you all.
My wife had a knee replacement at the NEH & was transferred to the private due no beds available at NEH. She found the care to be substandard & was rudely told by night duty staff member that she would not be coming back to assisted her & she would have to get out of bed next time. She struggled through out the night till I arrived to help next morning. This went on for 4 days. She felt like uncared public patient.
