My husband had a hip replacement done the care he recieved was way above standed especially nurse Ally & Ness also the CO Janelle was incrediable they were short staffed and she just jumped in and helped. Thank you again for the wonderful care I can't thank you enough
Don’t see ENT “specialist” Anthony Guiney!! He performed Septoplasty & turbinate reduction in 2023 & I now I have a collapsed nasal valve that needs revision surgery & plastic surgery by another surgeon as my breathing has gotten so much worse since that surgery. Mind you, this was after Anthony dismissed my concerns & told me my nose was fine! If I could go back & choose to not go through with his surgery, 1000% would have walked out the door & found another surgeon. His attitude & treatment of my condition has made me lose... read more
I stayed here for a week and it was fantastic, the staff were always quick to come and to help, food was delicious, and the care was 100%. I would like to say thank you to the staff who were on last week. Hilary James.
I can't tell you how different this is to the public system. I was treated so well, guided through the procedure and what was going to happen. The surgeon Dr Matt Shears was brilliant. I was heard, my questions answered and the nursing staff and doctors were amazing. I can't recommend them highly enough. 10/10
