I can not recommend Wangaratta Mazda highly enough! Their customer service and public relations ethic is above and beyond my expectations! The service department has helped us out several times where as our local Mazda dealer was no help at all. We travel 1hr to Wangaratta Mazda even though we have a Mazda dealership 20min from home. We can not fault the way they have treated us. Management at this dealership should be extremely proud of their service department & parts team!

Monica and Kyle were incredibly kind and helpful when we enquired about a car we were interested in. The car was located three hours away, which made it difficult for us to find time to see it, but they went above and beyond by providing a detailed, informative video and even offering to drive the car to us after work hours if needed. Such friendly service and great communication. Highly recommend!
