I am not happy with deal as everything was not transparent before deposit. Details not disclosed as shown on car sales and not trustworthy. Jeep have hail damage and it was not mentioned before and refuse to provide second key. It was not expected from a dealership. Totally unhappy with transparency.
We recently had an issue with the i-stop system warning appearing on our Mazda 3 while travelling through the area. We booked the car into Wangaratta Mazda and were extremely impressed with the whole experience from start to finish. The booking process was easy, the staff were friendly and professional, and communication was excellent throughout. I can not recommend Wangaratta Mazda highly enough! Their customer service and public relations ethic is above and beyond my expectations! The service department has helped us out several times where as our local Mazda dealer was no help at all. We travel 1hr to Wangaratta Mazda even though we have a Mazda dealership 20min from home. We can not fault the way they have treated us. Management at this dealership should be extremely proud of their service department & parts team!
