Big shout out to Jamie and the reception girl We Called in last friday with intermittant problem with our 2016 Highlander Santa Fe from Paynesville Victoria Jamie checked the car out including computor diagnostic could not find a fault but said to call him back if there were any further problems Great Service
Cosy waiting room while car had its first service. Saw people availing themselves of free bottled water from the fridge and a coffee machine was available too it appears. Would have been nice to be informed. Salesman was teed up to go over some features of our new car but never showed. Only there for 2 hours so read the border mail, herald sun, walked to bunnings to make a purchase, phoned their courtesy car and was collected within 5 minutes! Car delivered back washed too.
Sourced the new vehicle I wanted. Provided me with a loan car for a few days before it arrived. Very satisifed, thanks Rhys.
