Had one 8mm bolt snap off in the swing arm of my son’s motorbike and took it in to have it removed. I was quoted $50 - $100 to remove the bolt and was happy with that. Picked it up the following day and was asked for $300. No phone call was made to me about the price quoted not being sufficient and no apologies about the extra cost. If I had been told the cost was going to be that much higher I would’ve taken my business elsewhere.
