Great service. Thanks to everyone at Wangaratta Caravans for squeezing our job in at short notice and sorting our issues. Always good to deal with Andrew, Paul, Brandon and the crew.
Excellent customer service. Our 12 month service was as scheduled & completed on time. Wangaratta Caravans did a complete & very thorough service check as we are on the road full time & found suspension issues which were also attended to when parts arrived. Very happy with their approach to us as new customers. We'll continue to deal with them from a this day forward. New tyres also fitted. Highly recommend having your caravan serviced or even buying a new caravan from them.
We purchased our Essential Outlander V1.1 L shaped lounge from Wangaratta Caravans at the Canberra Caravan Show. Wangaratta Caravans have been great to deal with. Ashlee was the only person that we have dealt with from the Dealership. Ashlee has been very helpful from initial order thru to final handover. The final handover by Ashlee was very thorough.
