Bought our Essential new from here. Recently went back for a warranty claim and the workmanship was a disgrace. Dodgy fix under the van that wasn’t ever siliconed all the way around leaving it open to the elements. J molding not sitting in right, silicone mess on the external caravan wall, left the diesel heater fuel line dangling under the van ( not clipped up ) and they were surprised that we wanted it fixed . They agreed the workmanship was not good . We didn’t see the underneath silicone job and fuel line until we got ho... read more
