I've been to this place twice now and both times were positive experiences. Both my boys got their hearing tested between 3 and 4 years old and Diana was amazing. I was concerned how kids would go being tested with sitting for long periods of time but Diana has so much patience and a great understanding of kids. They incorporate games with the tests to keep them interested and in turn the kids have an awesome time. Definitely recommend making your appointment here if your young kids need their hearing tested.

Staff were amazing and accomodating. From making a booking up until to the appointment itself. Diana and Emma handle my daughter very well. Very patience dealing with kids! Highly recommended!
