Called to make an appointment, the guy asked me if I had been there before and said yes. He found my name and asked me about my insurance, what insurance and if they cover exams. After about 7 minutes of him looking I don't know what in my insurance, he said that the doctor maybe will be back in December and if I want to call back then. I asked him, if they didn't take appointments why he didn't tell me in the beginning but rather asking my insurance. He said the doctor needs to know who called.
