Very unprofessional front office staff, rude attitude and totally no patience! I was calling to ask some information about immigrants, she told me that she don’t know because she is only a front office staff, not a lawyer! she even hung up on me.I understand that she couldn’t answer all my questions but this is not the way to reply the customer!

I had such a great experiences with them! I was traveling in Las Vegas and got a traffic ticket. I don't know what to do with it since I can't stay in Las Vegas for long, so I contact the law firm looking for help. After some phone calls and paper works online, they took my case and helped me take care of the ticket in a month! And everything was done online, I don't need to go to Las Vegas again for anything. Would definitely recommend people who needs help with traffic ticket to this law firm!
