Pretty untrustworthy, not recommended – In May 2011, I rented an apartment from Wanerka for three months. I initially conversed with Nick Wanerka, the property manager, son of Jan (the property owner). It turned out that the two did not communicate very well and Jan and I initially had several confusing email exchanges before everything settled down. I never met Jan in person or spoke to her on the phone
