Everything went great. Wane Workman and his team helped me get pre-approved and he even processed the pre-approval while he was on vacation. Everything after that was smooth and easy. We were even able to close before we anticipated. I would definitely recommend Wane to anyone looking for a home loan.
Worked out great. He was very timely with his responses to the numerous questions that we had. He did well in walking us through the craziness of getting a mortgage as this was our first time. Only thing that we would give feedback on was that in some of the preliminary paperwork my wife found some discrepancies which were easily fixed for the final paperwork. I would recommend him to those starting in the home buying process.

Wanes customer service is out of this world. His deep knowledge and how he walks you through the process is amazing and painless. He always responds to texts and emails quickly as well as always making as much time as you need to speak with him on the phone. I have always recommended wane to friends and family and I always receive the same feedback. Wanes entire team is extraordinary.
Wane's office was recommended to us and we would highly recommend him to anyone elae. If I didn't get back to him on something, he would send me a text to keep me on track. I got a better interest rate and cut two years off of our loan. His staff, Josh and Sheri, were super easy to work with as well! When it came time to close, Erica was great!
