Not quite pleased with the billing practices. Called for an appointment to possibly have my partial repaired, explained on the phone what the problem was so they told me to come in only to be told that that they could not help me and referred me to another dentist and was charged $112.00 for the 15 minute visit which I believe they could have informed me over the phone that they couldn't help me
I honestly don’t even know what to complain about after my first visit with Briley and Dr. Mellin. They had the nerve to make a complex filling (plus a surprise one!) feel completely painless and stress-free. Like… how am I supposed to dread the dentist now? The office was annoyingly spotless, calm, and professional — even the background music was suspiciously pleasant. Everyone was friendly to the point that I couldn’t even be grumpy about being there. Excellent experience Everyone was very friendly and the procedure was flawless
The experience was very nice from the beginning. I was greeted, Kristina was gentle with the cleaning and a very thorough doctor visit. It was a great experience.
