My husband and I loved our time living at Wandermere Glen! The landlord Michael takes prestine care of the property. It’s always clean and well kept. We lived next door to him and he is very friendly and willing to help you whenever! Would totally recommend living here! We were sad to leave!
This apartment complex is very well managed. Property Manager responds very well to tenant maintenance requests to include responding to snow removal, noisy neighbors, tenants who have no regard for property like damaging appliances, partying at late hours, smokers, etc. Pro active with communicating notice of any changes or tenant services. Moved in almost two years ago. This manager has been so helpful gettin me settled. I love the size of this apartment. The garage is a big plus . When I need help, Michael has always been available . I appreciate his rules and requiring adherence .I like having all the various ages around .he keeps everything clean and today.
