Terrible customer service

These folks have a heart for animals. They are kind and compassionate. I have taken my own kitties here, as well as stray and feral kittens, for care.
The staff and vets are awesome. Went in last night to have my cat checked out and they called last night and this morning to see how he was doing, can't ask for a better place. I definitely suggest this place.
Could not ask for a better group to help care for my pets. We started with Dr. Wood on Northwest Blvd. in the 90s. She went out of her way to ensure we could afford an exploratory surgery for my dog after he was bit with possible internal damage. Dr Moore came in early and stayed late so I was able to go to my 12 hour shift and Sherman was able to get IV antibiotics. She went above and beyond to help me out with to meet our needs.
