AWFUL, she had another client coming so she rushed ours she cut my hair so short when i asked for a trim and than just said "its just hair it will grow back" our first experince here was good but i feel like this year it really went downhill not to mention it wasnt just me the same thing happend to my mom and my friend. Honestly if u want to dye ur hair come BUT DO NOT COME FOR A HAIR CUT SPECIALLY IF U HAVE WAVY/ CURLY HAIR OR DONT WANT ALL UR LEGHNT TO BE DRASTICALYY DECREASED
