They said electrician was stuck at previous job but would be there soon. 5:30 pm, still no electrician. I called back and they promised he would be there by 5:45 pm. No show and no call by 6:00 pm. I called back; they finally admitted they didn't know if he would be able to come at all that day. They promised that I would be put first on his schedule whatever day I wanted.
