We met Dr. Behrens through a friend whose cat, despite cancer and complications, he managed to keep alive, hydrated, and happy until Spice turned 20 years old. We began working with Dr. Behrens a number of years ago, soon after we met, and his excellent, expert, kind, gentle care of our two cats, Xander and Jocelyn over the years, has been exceptional. My sweet kitty was diagnosed with terminal cancer earlier this week. She has always hated being taken to the vet - she would always be so scared. I didn’t want this for her on her last day. Dr Behrens came this morning to my house to euthanize her. He was completely wonderful. Very professional and gentle. I cannot say enough good things about him! My girl was at home and had no stress at all. It was the best possible scenario. Thankyou for being so supportive and making a painful experience go so well.
Excellent service, very professional. Our dog hated visiting the vets office and it was always such an ordeal. Dr. Behrens made it so much easier for her.
