Probably one of the worst places I’ve been. I called ahead of time to ask about pricing and when I went to pay I was charged a larger amount. I was told my taxes would be filed the next business day and that they would call then so I could pick up my paperwork, but I never got a call and none of my calls were picked up for almost 2 weeks.
