While I can't speak directly about the realty company I can speak about one realtor associated with it Anne Barr. My advice, stay away from Anne. If you have any type of home repair skills she will use you and try to talk you down in price or not compensate you in any way. If something breaks, needs repair or replacement she will send someone out with questionable skills. This place will attempt to get as much money out of you at the move in as possible relying on unneeded policies to restrict people that can afford there locations with ungodly move-in cost. They are unwilling to work with people during this pandemic. I do not recommend using this place to assist in finding a house for you. No one even if you can afford it should be forced to pay 4x rent just to move in. Save your money and wait a few days for a better location to present itself one will come.
Wanda Sexton is an excellent communicator and puts the upmost effort into finding what is the most affordable and convenient option for you!
