Didn’t even show up to the appointment…
Don't waste your time. The poor reviews are accurate. I didn't get to meet with her because their telehealth appointment system is a mess. I logged on 10 minutes early for an appointment only to find out that I was logged into the wrong system, and they were the ones that sent me the links. They canceled my appointment because I 'was late to the appointment.' Getting mental health care shouldn't be this difficult. As a psychiatrist, she should know it's difficult enough for those suffering when everything is easy.
Samake (who I refuse to refer to as a Doctor) has done nothing but cause my wife's mental state to become worse. Multiple times Samake has placed orders for prescriptions and failed to provide all the proper medications. Then when my wife tries to call Samake to get the medications she actually needs, my wife gets absolutely NO REPLY from Samake and won't get a reply until days later.
