Wanda did my eyebrows almost 10 years ago and I have loved them ever since!
I got my full eyebrows and eyelash line (eyelash line is only for a fuller look, it isn't eyeliner. Wanda suggested it, and I love it!!!) done with permanent makeup by Wanda at least 20 years ago. I had been looking everywhere for the best permanent makeup artist and I was blessed to find Wanda.
