There was a storm on Friday, May 23, 2025, which may have caused both electrical and HVAC damage to the rental unit I am in. The garage door opener was effected as well. I consider HVAC to be worth addressing even after hours. I began trying to reach Emergency Maintenance on Friday evening. I left messages on the appropriate after-hours line, which was answered by a person. I was instructed to submit several work orders. It is now 3 days later. So far, no one has responded at all.
