I have no clue what that Marcella person is talking about in her review because honestly Wampler Property Management is the BEST place that I have ever rented from. Please do not rent from this property management. They gauged my money as soon as they were able to. After living in my apartment for 2 years, I left it in good condition and they gave me $100 of my $800 security deposit back. They claimed they had to buy a brand new sofa after I left when the sofa was in perfectly good condition. Even with videos and screenshots of my apartment after I moved all my stuff out, proving I didn’t damage anything, they told me it was “blurry” and they wouldn’t accept it. I stayed at Wampler's apartment for 6 years and they have one of the best management in C-U area. They are very prompt and good people! All maintenance requests get addressed within a few hours. I love how all their buildings are surrounded with nature.
