I lived in a Wampler property for a year, and it was easily the best leasing experience I had in CU (before that, I rented with two of the bigger companies in the area). I only had to contact maintenance twice, and both issues were fixed within a day or two. The apartment was older but had a lot of character, was well maintained, and felt like a great value for the price. I also got my full security deposit back which was a nice surprise
Stayed for 2 years at a property managed by Wampler. Great experience from start to end. Smooth process from enquiry to move out. Maintanence was always quick. No complaints what so ever.
With being a smaller company, Wampler really does care about their tenants. Maintenance was done quickly and the staff was always friendly. The people who work in the leasing office are very warm and approachable, which is not what I experienced with other leasing companies on campus. While some of the buildings are older, they keep them in good shape all while maintaining competitive prices for rent. I would recommend leasing with Wampler. Check out their Urbana apartments if you're looking for something quieter and homey!

I Highly Recommend Wampler Property Management!! I have no clue what that Marcella person is talking about in her review because honestly Wampler Property Management is the BEST place that I have ever rented from. This company treats it’s tenants like family ( a healthy family) and goes ABOVE and BEYOND what any place I have ever lived at is willing to do for it’s tenants.
