Mr. Wampler didn't appraisal of my property that came in $90000 less than the subsequent appraisal. In addition I had mailed him a key to my property and to date I have not received that key back after numerous messages and phone calls. In my estimation I do not believe this gentleman is very ethical.
disappointed in appraisal of my property in abingdon just proves that someone out of the area doesnt know the true values of property outside of their own area the house had appraised for much more in the past and improvements had only been done
