DO NOT MOVE HERE. Lived here for almost a year and cannot wait to move. The landlord(Mario) uses a nice bait & switch tactic in regards to 1st month free rent. I was never given my 1st month free, and when I asked about it I was told I would have to prove they were running that ad when I signed the lease. WHATEVER YOU DO NOT MOVE INTO THESE APTS. MY HUSBAND AND I MOVED IN, IN NOV. 2008 AND IT WAS TROUBLE FROM THE START!! WHEN WE FIRST MOVED IN WE WERE HAVING TROUBLE WITH OUR HEAT!! WE WOULD TURN IT UP TO 80 AND IT WOULD ONLY GET AT THE HIGHEST 55! WHEN WE TOLD THEM ABOUT IT THEY JUST SAID "THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH THE HEAT!" I moved in on January 2010, and it was a complete delight. The apartment was newly painted and the carpet was just put in. I asked if I could get the floor redone before I moved in and they said yes. Also when I moved in the owner helped me to get some of my big things in the Apartment.I researched a lot and for the price you the cleanness of the place you cant beat it.
