You found my blockage in my sunroof drains in 10 minutes...the VW Dealership took 3 hours, charges me $90 and sent me home, saying sorry you couldn't help me. So I had a leak in my 2012 Jeep Wrangler and took it to the dealership to see a auto specialist to try and diagnose where my leak was coming from but their specialist was out of town on vacation so they sent me to Walt's waterworks and let me tell you! A guy named Sean helped me and gave me tips on exactly what I need to do free of charge! A few weeks ago I was visiting from out of town and had a leak in my car. Originally the tech told me he'd need a few days to diagnose and fix the problem, but I wasn't planning on staying that long. Once I explained my situation, he immediately looked at my car and fixed the leak in just about a minute - and didn't charge me for it. Thank you, Walt's Water Works for showing me compassion when I was in a tough spot!
I had my truck done a couple weeks back, and I have to say the people here are super friendly and helpful! Russell is an awesome person and he really took care of me! Thanks guys!
