Shoddy Shop Dropped of my car Monday night. Wanted to put 2 new tires on and have the fan for the heater fixed. They quoted us $250. Now they're saying its going to be $600. It is now Wednesday night and it's still not done. They ordered the wrong part but found out by trying to put it in anyway. My husband hasn't been able to go to work for 2 days, and had to pick up the car. They tore my leather seat, left dirty shop towels in my car, and now the subwoofer doesn't work.

good These guys are great! Nevery have to wait long for them to pull your car in to get the free quote as to what is wrong with your car. They do good work on brakes, shocks, alternators, exhausts, etc. They also do a great job on tires!
Beware, ripoff joint Ripoff joint. Gouged me on the price when they presented the bill. Fought it. They insisted that the price they were charging is the same as everyone, then I called them later the same day and got a verbal quote for the same work at 50% less. Friggin liars. Also, they guys they have doing the work in back couldn't even answer a basic question about tires and admitted they have zero training or knowledge about what they're doing. Place is grimy, coffee is undrinkable, nothing to do while waiting.
Precision Auto is the best deal in town Have had many interactions with the patient and understanding staff at this location. They have always given me competitive pricing and superior work on all my vehicles, which include some fairly obscure European cars. They have not once blinked or balked when I asked if they could source a part, regardless of scarcity and, while they don't always have the lowest price, it's never much higher than the parts dealers down the street. Only place to go This is the only place I go to have my car worked on. They are always friendly and honest. You can typically get your car in quickly or on a walk in basis. I would highly recommend Precision Auto for all your car repairs.
Good tire shop They are located right across the street from Stan's in Wenatchee Washington. They work fast and can solve all your problems and needs for tires. I have been using them for many years and I find them to be friendly. Their fees are reasonable. Parking here is limited.
Great service The people that work here will give you good service. My family has done business with Dick's Tire for years and they are very friendly. I highly recommend them. The prices they charge are competitive with the other tire places in the valley.
Awful Service When I called to make the appointment I advised that my breaks were squeeling, I stated that I thought it was the front but I wasn't sure, please check it out.When I got my car the breaks were still making noise. I went back in and was informed they "fixed" the front breaks. I said it was still making the same noise, I hadn't asked them to fix the front breaks, I asked them to make it stop squeeling.
