I’ve gotten my car inspected here three years in a row, and the service has always been great. I haven’t needed any major work done yet, so I’m giving 4/5 stars — but I’m confident their repair service is just as good. Every mechanic I’ve interacted with has been kind and professional. I usually leave some snacks for whoever services my car, and last year, the mechanic actually came out to personally thank me when I picked it up — such a thoughtful gesture!

I’ve been going to Walt’s ever since I got to buffalo since they are Triple A Certified. They’ve always been able to get me in, even when I call last minute for random emergencies. Recently my starter broke- and they were kind enough to drive out to me to take a look at it and even brought it back to the shop for repair. They always explain everything in detail, and the pricing has always been fair. I greatly appreciate their services and will continue going here for the foreseeable future!
