Place has really gone down hill. The mechanics are short with you and it feels like you're wasting their time. Do not recommend.
I’d give 0 stars if I could! Talk about price gouging…no wonder this place is going under! And what a miserable bunch of guys, ESPECIALLY the owner! It’s clear by the reviews , and how I was treated, new customers aren’t welcome. Check out Bison automotive on Kenmore Ave. Very friendly , knowledgeable and priced affordably !

Really bummed I can't say anything good about these guys. They might be good for returning customers, but new customers beware. I came to get an estimate on a wheel bearing replacement and also an oil change while they had my car. The oil change was priced at over $100; when I asked about the price, Ray said "looks like they put a really good filter in there". They also quoted me over $1200 to replace my wheel bearing, but they had to order the part and couldn't schedule me for weeks. Luckily I got a second opinion and was a... read more
