Good, no matter what it is.
Have had a lady named DONNA cut my hair for 15 years,i have never been late, but on the last appt. I was confused about the appt time. The appt time was 11, but I wrote the time down wrong. When I showed up for the appt around 11;30 for what I thought was great for a noon appt. when we arrived, she was not busy and was done for the day but was not considerate enough to go ahead with the appt without any consideration that I'm 81 years old and have been a loyal customer so many years.
