I went here after I missed my appointment and owed them $22.50 for the missed appointment. Ok cool, gave them $25.25. Should have change, right? Never got my change. Ok, so I got my hair cut that same day. Paid them for the haircut minus a tip (because they never gave me my change from the missed appointment) and they had the audacity to COMPLAIN ABOUT ME NOT GIVING A TIP!! Brought my son in for the first time and had such a great experience. The ladies were super sweet and made my kids feel right at home. She even braided my daughter’s hair and gave them popsicles and suckers. They have a bunch of toys for the kids to play with while they wait, which is a huge plus.
