Took my Honda ridgeline in for brake pads service Tec told me brakes were good and they did not charge me so very honest and I would like to thank Larry z he is the best. You can trust Walt's for all your automotive needs. And great body shop also.

Always done an absolutely fantastic job, always figures out what is wrong that other shops seem to have overlooked. Honest and quick service. Excellent quality detailing with a fair price as well! Won't take my car anywhere else
Five stars doesn't give them justice. Hands down the best auto shop in Syracuse (and better than any of the ones that I went to in Rochester). They will give you an honest diagnosis of your car and will tell you if it's worth fixing. They are also really fast! I've sat 6+ hours in a Toyota dealership waiting for my car to be fixed but the same problem could have been fixed in half an hour at Walt's. I tell everyone to go to Walt's because they simply are the best.
Walt's is first class auto shop that is second to none.I hit a deer on Friday the 13th at night.two weeks later I have my car back and looks awesome.thank you so much for everything.I really appreciate it.
My husband brought my car here for a detail and I happened to have a bunch of small dents in my hood the the dealerships "dent master" said couldn't be fixed. I stared at those dents for months... I hated them . When my husband brought home my car it looked amazing and ALL of the dents were gone. I can't say enough about how happy I was. You guys went above and beyond. Great work guys! Thanks so much.
Amazing service when we thought we were going be stranded 300+ miles from home. Got our van fixed in 2 hours and we were on our way.
