Great customer service team. Kept me informed every step of the way. Vehicle came out good as new!
Communication on the status of our repair was excellent. It took almost 2 months to get our car repaired but most of that was waiting on replacement parts. I would certainly recommend Walts for work they do.

We have American Family and Walts is a pre approved body shop. From the time we decided to go with Walts, they have been absolutely wonderful to work with. They are on top of communication and that is one of the biggest needs when having repairs done on your vehicle. You dont have to worry about calling them for updates, they call you. The repairs are fantastic as well and our Telluride looks like new. Highly recommend them!
